August 11th is the appearance day of Lord Sri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who appeared 5,000 years ago in Mathura and was magically transported to Vrindavan, India.
It is the biggest celebration of the year that occurs throughout all Hare Krishna ISKCON centers of the world.
